"I love the exercise ring in the room! The design is chic and neat. One front desk staff helped me get adapter. She was really nice and warm-hearted. The location is very convenient, just steps away from subway station. The only drawback is that the washroom door doesn’t slide smoothly. "

"This hotel was excellent. The location was within walking distance to Forbidden City. Conveniently located to a lot of shopping- lots of local food near by. It had an excellent buffet style breakfast with many local and American options. Was extremely affordable. We had breakfast there everyday of our stay. The staff was super friendly and many spoke English.

The service was impeccable really, we didn’t try the dining or options or activities because there is plenty to do in Beijing. "We found the accommodation easily, after catching the subway from the airport to Dong Dan Subway station.
The staff at the counter were lovely but didn't understand English. They use a translation app to communicate all the things we needed to know.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but was definitely of a okay standard.
