We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue with the shower gel dispenser, but we're glad to know it didn't disrupt your experience. It's great to hear that you found the on-site shop handy for essentials and that you appreciated our excellent facilities and staff. The safe is a extra service that we always charge, so it is not really a deposit but a charge 15 euros per week and a plus of 3 euros . We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future! We are not to blame for the location of the hotel and the construction of the streets of Puerto del Carmen. You can contact the town hall or choose another complex next to the beach which will be more expensive. You have not specified anything about our hotel.
