The staff was very pleasant! They made the stay well worth while. The room wasn't quite up to the level of cleanliness that we are used to at most Holiday Inn Express locations, and the pool unfortunately wasn't open during our stay, but they are remodeling so we can understand.

Festival of Oddities!? stay here or beware!

We enjoyed our two night stay! King size beds were "Goldilocks" perfect! The room was updated, clean, large tv, lots of room, chaise lounge was a nice feature. Location worked out fine for our two vacation destinations (Charlotte and not too far from Lansing) About the breakfast: delicious, abundant choices, coffee worth the wait! Would recommend this location to all!

John Fogerty concert

Overnight stay when we went to a concert at local casino. They are under construction but honestly everything was great. Breakfast good with many choices but there was no juice. I used exercise room and it was nice. I did not use pool. Room was clean and quiet.

The hotel was under a renovation project. The stay was very good. The only complaint would be that the tub needed the slip guards, it was slick getting into the shower.
