"I did not use the gym,but did observe others using it. I was there on a family matter. Location was a key concern because people came from Ann Arbor, Hastings & Kalamazoo.It worked out very well for all."

"the heat didnt work in our room!, and i observed an emplyee reach into a bowl of peeled boiled eggs and grab a handfull with her bare hands! i did tell the front deak, wasnt offered a cert or discount or a sorry so..."

"The rooms were not clean, did not have bedding for the pull out couch went down and they were out of pillows to give us for the pull out couch. We reserved a two bed room with a pull out but they said when we arrived they did not have one so put us in a regular room with one king. We have a family of 4 so it was very tight having two teenage boys on a small pullout was a large inconvenient. the bathroom was dirty - shower looked like it was not clean as well as toilet paper was out leaving an empty roll in it's place. Something was spilt on the wall next to the nightstand and on the bedskirt. Breakfast was completely down when we came down at 9:20 when breakfast was done at 9:30. "
