"I room was clean but I was disappointed in the condition of the room. The curtains were ripped, the water didn’t get hot, our TV froze on a non-working channel. Housekeeping was banging on our door at 9:00 am (which woke me up) when we didn’t need to check out until 12 pm and she came back 2 more times. A few updates to the rooms would help. We did love the bar and pool and the employees. "
