"We got shared washroom, it would have been better if the washroom was ensuite"

"This was a great value bed for the night. We were in Blantyre for a birthday party and this location was a convenient 10 minute walk from the station and 15 minute walk to the party menu. The room is very basic but has TV and coffee/tea available. The room is over a pub but the pub was closed when we returned from our event. For basic needs at a very fair price this is a good choice but would not suit people looking for Premier Inn style comfort."

"We stayed for an entire week and loved our stay. James and Amanda were very kind and helpfull and made a delicious fresh breakfast every day. The room was nice, clean and tidy. The location was perfect for visiting Eninbrugh while also visiting other cities by rental car, because we could park for free. Highly recommended!"

"Easy check in and the staff were communicative when we reached out. Great place to stay in Edinburgh and very clean! East to hop on busses around town as well."

"Nice place for what it is but location has 2 big issues. Road noise is extremely high especially very early morning, bring ear plugs. Buses do go direct to central city but are overloaded in the mornings - commuters and lots of school kids. Some buses are so crowded they don’t even stop"

"The email with the code to get in wasn't sent until late afternoon at 6 PM and nobody answered the phone??"

"Room was clean and mostly comfortable. A fan would have been nice as it was stuffy. The stairs are a bit difficult to manage with luggage. Shops and restaurants are close by which is convenient. You don’t really interact with staff. There is a box with instructions for getting your keys and then instructions on where to leave them."

"Grosvenor Suites was in a perfect location! Very clean, very comfortable and very easy to check in/out"
