"Great stay, many thanks to the owner of the hotel. He was great during check-in when he showed us his map and prepared itinerary that made the sightseeing sooo much easier, detailing anything you might want to see or get (ATM) along the way. He had different itinerarys depending on how many day's you had to spend in the local area.
He was also a great help when our flight got cancelled just as we were about to get a taxi to the airport. He helped us figure out a new route and get a taxi that...

"The hotel is stunning and the staff very friendly, however, 2 points to mention:
- the windows of our lake view room were very dirty, and sealed, which ruined the view.
- on the second night, the swimming pool area was closed for a private event, and the guests were not able to access the premises "

"We did not stay at the hotel. It was dirty smelly and the entrance to the hotel was lined with poo. In The room the waste bin had spit and dirt and muck on it. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom and toilets were not clean. We could not stay there for these reasons. We would like a full refund. "I liked this hotel. It is quirky - an old haveli, rooms are all interesting and the landing areas between them have seating / meeting areas - cool and pleasant spaces. The room towels are a non-original shade of grey. Not dirty at all but not new I suppose. The dining area has a clear view of the lake and above it is more seating again with glorious views. The breakfast is comprehensive - some lovely pancakes - and the service there is excellent. "
