The rooms were renovated and the bathroom in ours was large and comfortable. Bed was great..walking distance to downtown lake work restaurants and clubs and a 5 minute drive to the beach. No junk fees. Easy parking. Charming residential neighborhood by a fold.course. I plan to come back"

"My first night spiders and roaches from everywhere emerged. I’m not talking one or two. I’m talking 3-4 at a time. I called hotels.com and no refund available so here’s how to survive if you find yourself at this place Go buy roach and spider killer. Spray everywhere when away. If you really need to shower I would get shower shoes or just know you won’t because the bathroom is the main source for roaches. Lastly, no one on property is rude or mean but the place is not for the weak if you hate bugs. "
