"Most incredible service that I have been a witness to or a recipient of in my entire career with Hilton over the past 15 years and as a guest in hotels for over 30 years was actually achieved here. I was blown away by two words that usually are on every motivational poster in a boss's office. These two words are I guess three words. They're also all over in every huddle and but they're becoming noise in a lot of places in a lot of ways. This time when I was visiting the front desk staff has really showed me that whoever manages them is an exemplary. Absolutely excellent not only a teacher but also a judge of character and somebody who knows how to train the front staff to be in tune to changes and thrown in situations, variations and situations how to be flexible and yet how to be absolutely fantastically up to brilliant standard of what is asked by the court by the entity itself by the corporation. Whatever you want to say okay. One name comes to mind and now I forget the gentleman who was at the front desk who was I believed in a day and age where it is easier to buy a house online or policy online book anything online. But it is becoming the much more valued scares and almost somewhat of a jam of dubose to get somebody to just call you to get a human voice to get somebody proactively reach out to you some of the old practices of the hotels of paying personal attention to the guest. Those are kind of becoming our getting way of becoming a very exclusive and they're becoming Well, not and"
