It provides a calm, clean, safe haven, in the heart of the tourist area and shopping side streets. The restaurant and roof top seating area has amazing views of the City Palace. Breakfast offers a variety of Continental or Indian styles. The Lunch and Dinner menu is great too. The Hotel Manager is very helpful, as is all the Hotel Staff. "Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."

"Amazing staff including Pradeep and the pretty girl whose name I forget. Great services Professional staff Close to key locations Great quality food. Restaurant on 10tu floor was amazing. Every one in the family loved it. This was the best hotel in our entire India stay. Daughter loved the gym which was modern and had great equipment including monkey bars. What could be better Transparency on non availability of non-veg options.. on second thought.. it served as well..as I might have skipped and missed this great hotel! "
