"Booked this place for an overnight layover both ways because of the airport shuttle, but the 7am shuttle to the airport was full both times and there is only a shuttle once on the hour!! That was very frustrating, if I had known that I would have paid more for another hotel. The airport pick up itself was not very smooth, front desk doesn’t properly explain where to wait and the wait was long. Place was kind of nasty and not that well maintained, I would never stay here again and layover in Houston quite frequently. The photos are deceiving. I would have cancelled my night on the way home, but it was non refundable."

"Great location and easy to get to. Good proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly, helpful, and smiled. Two nitpicks: 1) The continental breakfast wasn't offered in full during one of my mornings at the hotel. They placed a sign that read something to the effect of the food not being available. 2) Noticed a fair amount of chipping of the sheetrock around the elevator. Nothing major, mostly cosmetic but certainly noticable."
