"The property appeared to be new or recently renovated, and overall, the room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed for one night while attending a wedding reception nearby. The accommodation itself is quite basic. However, I was disappointed that some common amenities were missing, such as a mirror inside the room for guests to get dressed, a bedside alarm clock, and an intercom or phone to contact reception. The most disappointing aspect, and the sight that...

"Great customer service across all divisions. I would ask for a room not on the pool side next time due to noise."

"You can park right in front of your room. Convienient and close to everything. I like the fact that it has a microwave oven and toaster for cooking, biscuits, coffee and tea facilities. The price is affordable compared to other accomodation in Wollongong."

"I run a hotel in Sydney and to be honest I came away after 2 nights with some amazing ideas for my property. I couldnt fault the room the staff the whole experience was fault less. If asked to rate it out of 10 I give it 11"

"👍"

"Great location and central. Across from beach. Issues with moths they were everywhere and cockroach in our bathroom. Some of the light switches and power points didn’t work in our room. But the room looked to be recently renovated, service was great. Pool wasn’t really heated as indicated and didn’t like location of sauna inside woman’s bathroom nor that they were separate to men’s. Coukdnt have a sauna with my husband. Kids activity room was spacious and good activities. North bar menu could be...

"Cabin on quite water front, staff very helpful"

"I will never stay there again"

"Clean rooms and easy to access"

"Check in staff very welcoming, room was clean, parking was safe and secure."

"Older property, but in good condition. Rooms were clean and helpful staff. Safe underground parking and fantastic location for the city and beaches."

"The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room. The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end. The basin in the bathroom was very very low. The shower needed a good scrub. Better quality toilet paper,so thin."

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. The...

"Great service, very efficient check in and very clean well maintained apartments."

"Very dated rooms. Crying out for a renovation . The noisy air conditioning unit for the whole hotel was on the other side of my window . The bathroom had gaps where tiles used to be . And the beds had one clean bottom sheet only, so everyone slept with a quilt on them , that had been in contact with the previous occupant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ."

"Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately, the service I received from the reception team was not helpful or welcoming at all. I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help. The reception team is the first point of contact for guests, so I believe good communication and customer service are extremely important. Sadly, this was not my experience. The attitude...
