"The room was perfect, and the views were spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!"

"Good location, very close to train station (6-min walk) and ferry (3-4 min walk) Staff is very nice and helpful. I need to catch the train in the morning. The staff helps to open the breakfast line earlier than usual. Plus, there is a variety of breakfast. Room is spacious than expected, clean and neat. Good value of money! "

"Daniel is the most lovely, kind and considerate host you could ever wish for. We felt like we were staying with family. The property is beautiful and the room was absolutely perfect with a stunning view over the lake. Daniel allowed us to safely park our car, he even made a reservation for dinner in a lovely restaurant which was 5mins walk down the hill. The breakfast was lovely. "Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. "
