"The room was lovely, and the view from the balcony over the lake was wonderful to wake up to each morning! Breakfast was delicious- loads of choice and all the food was very tasty. Staff were always very professional and friendly. We will definitely be coming back again."

"Amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, its a little out of the way with 4 restaurants nearby but the walk to them is not easy as there are few pavements on a windy road.
But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier.
I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds "
"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful."
"We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night.
We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2.
Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing.
Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious.
