"My Husband and I came here for our Honeymoon. Exceptional experience!!! When we first arrived, we were greeted with such kind gestures & smiles. The staff here always made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Our room always met our expectations. Very clean, very well kept & maintained. Food was AMAZING! No complaints with each dish at every restaurant. We would personally like to thank your lovely staff. At the Waterfront breakfast buffet, Nu, Niwat served us with smiles, greeted us with such manners & always made sure we enjoyed our stay at the breakfast. As for the staff at Saffron & Saisson, the head chef, politely introduced herself, ensuring our food was satisfactory. Pla & every other server/hostess at these two restaurants delivered such service that was above and beyond our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend this resort for any type of vacation, especially a honeymoon! We are sad to leave but we are definitely coming back. "The wedding staff is amazing. Kathy and Nutty will take care of EVERYTHING!! The ceremony setup was beautifully arranged. The spa was amazing. We did a couple massage. Mai and Natt took great care of us."

"Pros: Resort & Location: Huge resort with a grand foyer, massive pool, beautiful gardens, and excellent proximity to Karon Beach and local shops/restaurants. Classic Vibe & Well-Maintained: Loved the traditional style with lots of wood and open spaces. You can see they work on maintenance (repainting, updating), which is no small task for a property this size. Staff: Excellent service, attentive and warm. Room: The Paradox Seaview Room was spacious for two and had a lovely outlook over the resort toward the beach. Cons: Initial Room Issue (Room 4022): Had a damp/mold smell that we initially put down to climate as a lot of hotels we’ve stayed in seem to have some mouldy smells in South East Asia , but power trips and heavy rain revealed a leak affecting the room and the electrics. Staff moved us promptly to 4029 for our final night, which was significantly cleaner better and noticeably free from mould smell. If you get room 4022 make sure you check prior to accepting the room. Bar Pricing: Drinks inside the resort are steep compared to local options right outside. A better longer happy hour (e.g. half-price drinks) would have encouraged us to stay onsite for drinks much more often. Breakfast Selection: The buffet is decent, but repetitive over a long stay (we were there 10 nights). Better layout and rotating menu options would be a welcome change."

"This Resort at Kata Beach was perfect for our group of 6. Close to the beach, restaurants, massage parlors, and shopping. The rooms are big and very clean. The restaurant food buffet is affordable and good. The pool bartender Nott is awesome, friendly and makes a great Pina Colada. Would recommend this Resort to anyone."

"We loved this resort. We love Thailand. The food was good the room was clean the staff was attentive when need and very kind. They even assist making sure you get across the street safely to go adventure or go to the ocean. Walking distance of 7eleven. We used grab to get around worked great."

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
