"The room was cozy and clean with the right space fir a country hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One small recommendation is that they should dust off the room ftom time to time to avoid the accumulation of dust due the infrequent use if the president suite room."

Our stay at Baoruco and Eco Lodge Vista Mar, on the southern coast of the Dominican Republic, was nothing short of exceptional. This property is truly an oasis in the middle of paradise.
The grounds are absolutely immaculate—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully landscaped, and impeccably clean. Every detail reflects care, pride, and respect for the natural beauty that surrounds the property. The atmosphere throughout is peaceful, serene, and visually stunning in every direction.
The hospitality provided by the host, Wolfgang, deserves special recognition. His service is old-world in the very best sense—attentive, gracious, and genuinely warm. This level of care and professionalism is rare and made the entire experience feel elevated and deeply welcoming. The accommodations are equally impressive. The rooms feature rustic, old-world décor that blends beautifully with the environment while offering comfort and elegance. From the property, guests are treated to breathtaking ocean views, pools, and mountain vistas, creating a sense of seclusion and tranquility that is difficult to find.
The food service was outstanding. Meals prepared by Wolfgang and his staff were absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
