The staff at the hotel are amazing! They were helpful in every way and went out of their way to explain everything to us. Hotel is very nice with a nice outdoor pool. Great location. Room was very nice but it was two single beds pushed together and wrapped separately. Not Ideal. The beds were also on the hard side for my wife and I.
Other than this it would have got full marks.
Lovely hotel! Great and spacious rooms. Cosy but not claustrophobic. Very short walk to the local town of Laguardia which has very cute restaurants. A bit out of the way to get to but very worth it!
Well located with friendly service. Our room was very spacious, equipped with a fridge. It’s a perfect pit stop to enjoy LaGuardia’s amazing wines!

The surroundings are beautiful and the rooms are very nice. But the services of housekeeping and the restaurant are not great, the room wasn’t very clean and the in the restaurant there is a lack of attention.
A great hotel in a amazing quirky little town. Hotel was clean and easily accessible. Pool was nice and outdoor drink service. Parking was easy, statf pleasant and polite and helpful. Only downfall is the hotel feels a bit dated. Really needs upgrading. Its a short walk upto the town. We learnt in the second day that theres actually a elevator take you upto the town. Saves you walking up the hill.

Great location and staff amazing.
The staff were supper helpful, especially the young apprentice lady on reception. The food on restaurant was disappointing, not a four star offering. Fish don’t taste very fresh.

Everything comes with a price here. They charge water, corkscrew and won't allow you to checkout late, not even for 30 mins, unless you pay. My room is okay, but kind of old, and the spa can be recommended but I don't think the water is very clean. Good thing is that you can enjoy it almost empty in the morning, of course, if you paid for it.
We stayed here for 7 nights. The service throughout was excellent. Very helpful staff at reception and in the restaurants. All we're keen to help, and did so with a friendly manner. The room (upgraded from standard) was spacious and generally very practical (although a bedside table in both sides would be an improvement). The style is older/traditional but also very functional. On one night, the weather was cooler than normal and some heating in the room would have been more comfortable but it was still acceptable and perfectly good the rest of the week.
Food and service at breakfast and dinner, were very good indeed. Again the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
We used the spa every day. It has a very good range of jacuzzis, jets plus a sauna, steam room, a very warm pool and an 'icy' pool too. All very good. (€22/day if not part of your room cost).
Plenty of free parking is available in the hotel grounds.
Easily walkable to the town itself. It is quite a steep climb but there is also a lift from outside the town walls, up to the town gate.
An excellent place to visit the town and surrounding area.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The pool was freezing but I guess that’s ok in the 90-100F weather we had. We especially appreciated the bike friendly amenities. The garage had a bike storage room and space to disassemble and repack our bikes in our evoc bags for our flight home. We rode directly from the hotel for two long rides through vineyards and small towns. The city of LaGuardia was within close walking range to explore and enjoy evening meals.
Great value stay for two nights. Comfortable room, good bed and decent breakfast. Good location for the town, reasonable bar and restaurant which was priced fairly.
Very surprised there was no kettle & coffee making facilities in the room. Paper cups in the room, not glass which was odd. Gym open only from 10-2 and then 4-8.
The hotel is very well located. Parking in the property is safe and convenient. The staff was grat. Specially the front desk lady who received us was exeptional.
Spacius rooms and very quiet propoerty. Breakfast buffet avilable and fully recomended.
