Good location for shopping especially with a car.Need more choices in breakfast. Staff was excellent and helpful. Room always cleaned and well tidy. Will recommend it to anyone

Overall experience was good, the downside was I went over a weekend without Internet on the room. At the end, the issue was fixed by Monday. Later I found out they installed new antennas in the floor, and might also changed the internet provider. At the end it will result very good for the hotel because internet before was not good. I'd also like to point out all the staff was very friendly.

The accommodations and amenities were poor value for an expensive room. We moved to a different hotel after 1night. Its not our preference to rate a hotel this low however just know that its not what it seems and is a bad choice.

Air conditioning was broke. They out me in the wring room the first night with a broken ac. Moved me to a new room due to broken ac. Still wrong room. Ac broke at 3 am.. moved me to the right room the next day and the ac worked 40 percent. They brought me a fan and thats how i finished my time there, under a fan. The staff was courteous and very helpful

I liked everything else, except: 1. Restaurant is not well equipped to make the foods that are offered on the menu. Half of the items I ordered, I was told they are not available at the moment. 2. They play a loud music in all hallways and lobby 24 hours, which is irritating; and I don't know why? Even when you go to bed at night, the music keeps playing. I personally had to call them every night and ask them to turn off the music as people need to sleep quietly.

Extremely disappointed

The staff was very friendly, which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. When I enter my room It felt OK but after a while, I started feeling warm. I called down and asked if I could get some help with the thermostat. They told me it been fixed, and that the larger generator was being used. After an hour, I didn’t notice any difference so I asked to be switched to a different room. After being in this room For a couple of hours, I noticed the same problem. They told me they would have someone come look at it. Nothing changed. I decided to let it go and deal with it after a sleepless night. I was a bit frustrated. The next day, I decided to get some work done on my computer, but to no avail. The Wi-Fi was constantly on and off throughout the day, which was quite frustrating. I called and asked for help and they said that I should just keep trying and it should get better, but it never did. I finally realize that it wasn’t worth the money for me to stay here through the weekend, so I called down and told them that we would be leaving and I was assured that I would only be charged for one night stay. Hotel.com eventually reached out to me and said that they were not able to get approval for a refund due to the lack of communication with the hotel. I would like to say I’m surprised, but I’m actually not. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here next time I’m in town. Very Disappointed

Horrible !!! Un personnel refusant de prendre en compte une réservation pour les autres jours pourtant bien payé sur Expédia avec preuve du reçu juste parce qu’il y avait possibilité pour eux de loger d’autres à un tarif plus cher. Perseonnel pas du tout aimable, agressif et frisant même l’anarque. L’hotel aussi est très très loin des étoiles qu’il prétendent avoir. C’est limite un 3 étoiles.

Nice rooms and big. Good breakfast selections. Only problem I had is the power, it goes out a lot more than 30 minutes or so. Bugs is also an issue (cockroach)
