It’d be faster to list what actually worked…

Very poor condition hotel. Air conditioner in room was barely functional, no better than a tower fan blowing warm air around. Dry cleaning machine was broken, and was told its take 3+ days to get my suit back. In room phones did not work for the duration of stay, making ordering of room service impossible. Internet was spotty, and slow, if it worked at all. The only eatery open past 10 within walking distance was the pool bar, but they had a live music band playing till midnight at maximum, headache inducing, volume. Staff were nice, and helpful, no doubt - but that’s the only redeeming quality of the whole stay.

The environment is great. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The only negatives for me are, the air conditioning at times does not cool sufficiently enough, and the refrigerator in the room does not cool beverages sufficiently enough.
