"Woodhill House is a charming old manor house in a lovely little town. The room was spacious and clean and the area was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, though they only start serving at 8:30am so plan accordingly. John was a very welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Woodhill House if you are in the Ardara area."

It is advertised as an “award-winning” guesthouse, which was difficult to understand given the overall experience. The rooms were neither bright nor airy, but small, tired, and carried a strong smell of stale grease and dirt. "Great & safe parking, nice clean old hotel. Food was excellent, but the buffet breakfast I did not like due to health safety. All the staff were very friendly and did their job very well. The location of the hotel is great, the town is only a short walk "
