"So, where do I start...I hesitantly booked this place just hours in advance because of a flight issue, and was wondering why in the world an all-inclusive hotel had rooms available in late July without issue. So, we arrive, a shuttle was listed to be included, we called and they repeatedly told us no then just hung up. Took a taxi to a dirty, sketchy area of the island late at night. This "all inclusive" hotel includes nothing-not even what's listed as free like wifi and A/C. It's "free" watered...

"The room was basic but clean and did have a fridge which was useful. There was music on every night in the bars down on the beach which our room was facing that went on until around midnight.
