"The hotel is just coming back after COVID. The room was clean each day, but a bit tired with the shower door broken, our friends room's AC not working on day one and not effective on the remainder of the days. Not all facilities are up and running, e.g. the top pool was open, but no lights for at night, beach chairs are okay, but many are broken so they ran out a number of times.
The restaurant staff were generally ineffective, a couple were fantastic, but a few had literally no idea what to do...
"Excellent stay, staff was very kind, friendly and professional, the restaurant serves exquisite food and the pool takes your breath away, rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you may need, magic! It is windy though and the bathrooms don’t have a door, that is a big downside. "
