"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Good We Came Back Again!
We initially stayed at Amari Pattaya from 27th to 31st July and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for 3rd to 8th August, which says a lot about our experience.
We stayed in a two-bedroom Amari Suite, which was perfect for our family. The location is excellent, just a stone’s throw from North Pattaya Beach and conveniently situated for excursions. We enjoyed snorkelling, parasailing, jet skiing and island hopping, with everything easily accessible.
The staff were exceptional, courteous, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They remembered our names and even where we had flown in from, which was a lovely personal touch. They consistently went above and beyond for us.
Executive Lounge access was another highlight, with a great breakfast including à la carte options, afternoon refreshments and evening cocktails.
The kids absolutely loved the water park and spent most of their time there.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, a fantastic location and outstanding service. The fact that we returned just days after checking out says it all. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Amari Pattaya, especially for families."
