Charming B&B overflowing with personality, history, and interesting and beautiful furnishings and garden. Bertrand was wonderfully welcoming, and served a beautiful breakfast and coffee. Would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the village of LaBastide d'Armagnac, which was particularly beautiful in the late afternoon .

Wow the museum .

Hotel was certainly different, we’ve never seen so many antiques in one place . Owner was excellent so friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great .

A wonderful, very historic, boutique hotel. We were following the Tour de France and chose this place more for location than anything. However, upon arrival we realized that the hotel is a treasure and we should have stayed for 2 or 3 days. Wonderful host, great breakfast, excellent location.

Unexpectedly decadent

A wonderful place to stay. Rooms were amazing, with an eclectic mix of decor and ornaments. Breakfast was plentiful with a range of options. Hugely knowledgeable and interesting host, who gave great advice. Great place to stay. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Looks great but not very comfortable, disappointed

This boutique B&B looked fabulous but was not practical at all. We wondered if we had upset the host as he was not friendly on arrival but next morning seemed to warm to us. The bedroom doors do not lock, the internet did not work, there was 1 plug socket in room, curtain pole fell down when trying to close curtains, husband did not fit under the shower. The town is beautiful but I think hotels.com should make it known that the hotel does not offer dinner & out of season it is slim pickings in the town, if you arrived after 9 then you would go hungry!

L’accueil de Bertrand a été très chaleureux. Le lieu est vraiment atypique et très agréable. On sent qu’il a mis dans sa maison d’hôtes toute sa passion et son plaisir de recevoir. Le dîner était délicieux et de plus fait maison. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il était parfait et ce, d’autant plus que Bertrand nous a fait le plaisir de nous jouer un air de musique au piano. De quoi commencer parfaitement la journée. Merci pour vraiment de nous avoir rendu cette étape inoubliable.

Très belle expérience

Nous avons séjourné à la Villa des Remparts 1 nuit, notre hôte était adorable, réactif et de bon conseil. Le lieu original et calme dans un très beau petit village. C'est la 5ième fois que je reviens et c'est toujours avec autant de plaisir. Un havre de paix où tout inspire à la relaxation. Le jardin en est un très bon exemple et dans chaque chambre, on se sent le bienvenu: la décoration est pleine de petits détails qui montrent le goût et le souci de bien recevoir. Une merveille!
