A perfect place to relax and enjoy rural Sicily while still being close to major tourist attractions like the Valley of the Temples. Food is quite good with generous portions. Rooms are clean and nicely set up. Overall service level is at a three star hotel level, while the rest of the villa experience is outstanding."

"What can I say. My husband and I have looked all over the world for the perfect spa resort. The Adler is it. The room was incredible, the spa and staff were so nice and attentive and the food was amazing. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"Nicely situated with a view of the bay. Breakfast was served on our terrace. The rooms were okay, but the bed was extremely soft and worn out. There was a minibar with cold drinks, but only plastic and paper cups were available. The price tags for drinks and coffee were out of proportion. The Italian family was friendly at the welcome, but very loud, it was not relaxing to sit outside in the evening and actually enjoy the view. Our conclusion - good potential, badly ruined - really sad, especially, if one knows the outstandign Italian hospitality. Others have said the same - no change, why? However, the beach and the restaurant on the beach were both fantastic."

"We booked this after travelling for 6+ hours. The confirmation was sent to us and no one was there to check us in at 2am. You shouldn’t allow people to book your hotel rooms if you’re unable to check anyone in especially at that time. I did not recommend and would not consider this property."
