"Le lieu est très joli, la chambre 2 dans laquelle j'ai passé une nuit , m'a fait me sentir comme une princesse! Le seul bémol est l'escalier en colimaçon pas facile à emprunter avec une valise. Le petit déjeuner est varié, tout est très propre et très bien présenté."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was just a short drive to Chatellerault. Difficult to access. Apparently the reception does not open till 5 on a Friday. We understood it opened at 12 every day. Also when we removed the plug to let out a basin of water it flowed all over the floor underneath the basin. There was no air conditioning so it was very hot."

"A very nice stay in a lovely old building that has been sympathetically modernised and included air conditioning It is a 5 min walk to the river and we went to a very nice restaurant around the corner that the hotel owner recommended"

"The owner was at the desk and recommended a nice brasserie to eat: the hotel was comfortable, in an old stone building with a lot of character. The room was comfortable the bedding perfect and we had a little sitting corner. We did not try the restaurant because it was closed but you will find plenty of places to have a good meal at a reasonable price. Will return in a heart beat."
