The staff were helpful, friendly and proactive. We accidentally left our laptop and iPads in the room safe on check out but we received a call to let us know this had happened and arrangement were made for us to pick them up conveniently. "This hotel is very friendly and the staff is incredible. I dont speak Italian but half of them knew English and were a big help. I will stay here again for sure. Usually I travel with Marriott, but this was the closest I could find in the area and was quote happy "
