She was informative, genuine and welcoming. I was nervous and knew that at least my stay here was going to be wonderful. The day of my surgery we returned and we asked for extra pillows, she was spot on and said absolutely and anything else we needed, do not hesitate to ask. Your staff is was made it so special. The entire staff was friendly and willing to help with anything. When you passed a staff member in the halls, they made it a point to say hello.
