"My travel plan is for coming October 2022. but for some reason, the date was messed up. The booking was made for September. I tried contact the hotel a few times, but no answer. Once they took your money, you will not hear from them. I paid for 3 rooms but have not started my trip yet. I am very disappointed."

"This hostal is only 3 km away from Segovia, a convenient location, but would not be a suitable place to stay for international travellers who don't understand Spanish. We booked a day before our arrival, but soon realised we were not expected.
