"I came for the indoor heated pool. The hotel has an open air courtyard that has had a permanent tent looking cover. The pool was about 65-70° & not heated at all. I was expecting 80-85°. The room was nice. I can't sleep when it's quiet& keep the TV on. At 1am I woke up to no signal, no cable. The front desk had the same issue. The TV never came back on before checkout. "Breakfast was excellent! Room was very spacious and staff were great!"

"We came for a quick sleep. The only reason I gave the rating I did was mainly the outside of the building. It looked a little rough, worn, and in weird sections. I will say that when i made the reservation, the woman that answered was extremely helpful and very pleasant. When we arrived it was locked(lobby uses a window after hours), and it was very hard to hear the young lady at the window. This area looked worn and rough, but not terrible. I imagine the moisture from fogs and rains that roll...

"The desk clerk changed rooms at the last minute to try to be helpful, however the "new" room had not been cleaned fully and the shower lever would not mix hot and cold water, so no shower possible. Coffee maker was not cleaned, and the room smelled a bit like smoke, though it was a non smoking facility. I asked desk clerk for a discount due to all of this, haven't heard back o n it."

"We checked in around 8pm and were greeted by the front desk staff was fantastic. They interacted with my 11-year-old great-niece in the best way. Sharing jokes and talking to her directly on her level. Of course, the adults felt comfortable and welcome as well. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was nice as well. We had no issues."
