"Arrived in car with lots of luggage. No help from any staff. Zero customer service. Dirty room, previous guests shower cap left in bath. Dirty glasses in mini bar. “Premium room” had view over piles of rubbish, bins and construction mess. (Manager completely dismissed my concerns). No soundproofing ..."
