I recently stayed at Residence Les Cimes and it exceeded all expectations. The property was clean, modern, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, yet still had that traditional feel. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, while the cozy living area and stunning mountain views created a relaxing morning/evening before and after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect – A stones throw to the Bossonnet ski lift, a short stroll to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to ensure peace and quiet. The staff on reception were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. When our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an additional night, the staff were really accommodating. Arranging a late check out (6pm) also wasn't a problem. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting La Clusaz – ideal for families, couples, or groups looking for a high-quality, stress-free experience in the heart of the village.

well equipped residence in the outskirts of a picturesque village, great location just in front of the bosonnet lifts. staff was very kind and helpful with recommendations and bookings of restaurants, ski school, equipment... fresh delivery from the bakery every morning. the only downside was the water in the heated pool - too cold for me :)

Such a lovely place and close to everything you need. Gorgeous view from the room too. Staff were very helpful all of the time. Fresh pastry delivered to your room each morning! The pool and sauna is small but absolutely lovely! Would stay here again!!

Très belle location.. acceuil sympathiqué' seul un bouchon de champagne etait Manquant!! Un reproche.. sur la piscine...au demeurant fort belle... le sauna ne Fonctionne pas si l'acceuil est fermé de 13h ã 14 h.. ménage non fait auprès de la piscine... une paire de chausson est resté plus de 2 jours sans trouver preneur.. Et les gobelets vides usagés débordants de la poubelle.. et un jour plus de serviette à 15 h 30!!! Bref.....
