On a buffet I would expect eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and pancakes . . maybe it's a cultural thing. While clean and well maintained, I would change the name to Stark, very industrial ...

The room was clean. The floor lamp lacked repair. The AC/Heat lacked control so we turned it off. We couldn't get the TV to work (looked for music channels). Breakfast was all cold ....we're accustomed to better. Parking was okay at front ... back not so much. Staff was excellent.
