Very close to all amenities and close to rail network from airport so no need to worry about taxis/transfers. Hotel staff were very pleasant during all interactions across all levels of staff. Rooms on 9th floor look like they had undergone refurb recently and the balcony was a very welcome surprise. "

"We arrived late evening after 7pm, so it was much quiet and checked in fast. The breakfast selection was great, a lot to choose. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and bathroom/toilet was huge. To me the downside was there wasn’t no coffee/tea service in the room, have to get it from the cafeteria, I didn’t think anyone will go down to get coffee in their pyjamas in the morning. "

"It’s very quirky with a motel feel but it’s inside and its beautiful hallway is full of natural light & plants. The rooms are modern and cool. The welcome from Natalia was outstanding, she couldn’t do enough to ensure we were comfortable & ready for exploring Valencia. She gave us a map & clear information about places to visit & transport."
