TERRIBLE PLACE - STAY AWAY!!!
I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation ...

The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. AVOID!!!
Waited for ages to get in property. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar in the room NO TOWELS OR SOAP! NOT EVEN HAND SOAP AT BASIN. NO WATER IN THE MORNING. COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH TOILET.
