What an amazing stay with great food and onsen. The room is spacious and beds are very comfortable, clean and soft. The onsen is with high quality water, a bit busy and clean and therapeutical. It has 2 massage chairs and with gorgeous 13th floor roof-top views. The staff are always trying the provide best possible service to us. We can feel the difference when we are staying at Dormy Inn.

The hotel is right at the riverside, and very close to the JR station and bus terminal (10 min walk, 670 yen with taxi). The staff was very nice, using a pocket translator for the English speaking guests. The room was spacious, the queen bed is enormous, and bathroom (shower) is very nice.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Located right next to the river, it is walkable to a lot of Kushiro's restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent, although not strong with English. But we still got through it and the room was clean and spacious for Japanese standards. We had twin beds, and there was good space for our luggage as well. Very clean room and bathroom with a closet for jackets. The best thing was the buffet breakfast. Amazing Japanese food, with great sashimi fish, scallops, tsukemono, fruits, it was just great! And all fresh! Really liked it a lot! There are also many restaurants in the area, so dining isn't a problem. Also many stores close early like 7 or 8pm so keep that in mind. Only bad thing was parking, but they had an arrangement with a parking structure a block away so it wasn't too bad. Overall an excellent hotel!

Clean and good hotel

Simple and clean room. Check in process was seamless. They provide free ramen and ice bar for supper and free probiotics in the morning. Everything would be good except for the pillow is a little bit flat and not as comfortable. Overall, this is still a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again.

Probably the nicest big hotel in Kushiro, the breakfast is very good. Spa is very comfortable, hard to be completely relaxing in the middle of the city, construction noise during the morning, but it wasn’t terrible. Still enjoyed my stay, I stayed here a couple years ago when it was still called dormy inn, and the experience was just as good.

The room they gave me overlooking the harbor on the 10th floor was very comfortable, spotless and the coziness was awesome. The hot springs and amenities were also great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would def recommend it over all the other places i walked past, short walk to JR Station, right before the bridge around the corner many nice little restaurants and a quick 10-15 min walk to the City Museum and park. Kushiro is worth the trip and this place made it that much better.
