Das Hotel bietet leider viel zu wenig Programm an, so das es schnell langweilig werden kann. Und es gibt wenig Abwechslung bei dem Essen, es wird so gut wie jeden Tag das Gleiche angeboten. Wlan gibt es leider nur in der Hotel Lobby, und das auch sehr schlecht.

Friendly staff, nice room. Lots of children when we were there so pool quite crowded. Limited choice in food although plenty of it. Sea warm and shallow so v safe for children. Taxi ride or dolmas needed to get into Kusadasi.

'paranla rezil olmak' değiminin tam karşılığı

restoran çalışanları kaba, mutfağa gece çorbası nedir diyorsunuz "allah verdi çorbası" diye bir cevap alıyorsunuz birinden, diğeri durumu toparlamaya çalışıyor! sıcak krep almak istiyorsunuz, işini engellediğini söylenen biriyle karşılaşıyorsunuz, servisler yetersiz, sürekli tabak bekliyorsunuz, tabaklar yeterince temiz çıkmıyor, yemekler lezzetsiz. çay için bile kuyruktasınız. çorba ya, çorba, üç gün üst üste aynı çorba çıktı diyebilirim, tarhana, tarhana karışık ezogelin ve yine aynısı... kadınlar tuvaletinde el havlusu hep eksik, bazı personelin bahşiş beklentisi rahatsız edici, hepsini yargılayamam ancak personelin kesinlikle eğitim alması şart. tesis içinde bulunan çok eski kırmızı suzuki bir araç ile servis yapılıyor, araç inanılmaz egsoz kokuyor ve hızlı kullanılıyor, eşim eziliyordu. havuz kirli, temizleme sistemi yeterli değil, havuz çevresi çok bakımsız. ücretsiz wi-fi deniyor ama kesinlikle internet erişimi sağlanamıyor, bırak kullanmayı bağlanamadık bile. cuma gecesini oteli bir düğüne kiralayarak taçlandırdılar üstelik, gümbür gümbür ses içinde dinlenmeye çalışıyorsunuz. saat 11 de aradım, 12ye kadar süreceğini söylediler. silah da atıldı üstelik. kabı kacağı da göndermişler düğün alanına, tabak beklemekten usandık!!! otelin manzarası, ağaçlandırması çok güzel ancak işletmesi o kadar kötü ki, insanı buraya geldiğine geleceğine pişman ediyor. 10 üzerinden puan verecek olsam 'puan vermez, burayı da kimseye tavsiye etmezdim' NET. Rezalet bir tatil deneyimiydi.

İkinci konaklamamız

Bir ay önce de konakmla yapmıştım, çocuklu aileler için uygun otel ancak daha iyi olabilir. Çok fazla güleryüzlü personel var, rezarvasyondan itibaren cok ilgililer ama Oda temizliği kötü, wifi hiç çekmiyor, mini bar sogutmuyor, restorant masaları yetersiz, park yeri güvensiz, aracım çizilmiş, bilgi yok. Animasyon ekibi süper ötesi, başta Asya hanım olmak üzere hepsine çok teşekkürler. Memnunmuyum evet ama eksiklikler için çaba sarfedilmeli bence daha iyi olabilir.

Misleading info

There are two types of rooms in this hotel: Nice and newly renovated rooms; low quality, the 1980s style cheap and low quality rooms. Standard rooms this hotel market over Expedia is the second type that I mentioned above; low quality, old and nonhygenic.

Super Service Kinderfreundlich mit jeden Abend Unterhaltung. Egal ob klein oder gross. Vielwältiges Essen mit grosser Auswahl. Nächstes Jahr werden wir mit freunden unser Urlaub in dem selben Hotel verbringen!

Excellent all inclusive hotel in Kusadasi

We spent a week at this hotel at the end of September and had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities of the resort were excellent. Great beachside access and easy to catch mini-bus to Kusadasi city centre. Food was ok but not exceptional.
