"The room was very clean and the staff excellent - very helpful and obliging. However, a few maintenance issues have to be addressed. The toilet leaked continously and there were mosquitoes in the room. Also, the electronic key kept failing every 2 days and had to be reactivated"

"The hotel is well located, in city center of Kandy. The rooms were very spacious and despite the outside traffic, it was very quiet inside. The restaurant has very good food. The view from the pool was outstanding but the pool itself was small. The staff was helpful and friendly."

OK breakfast. because you are here to see elephants, the views are amazing. the best hotel for that. the room and the bathroom was also practical and we were able to rest here while visiting places. Food ofcoruse is mainly local and some western. But thats because its a main attraction for local and Asian visitors. we loved our stay."

"The room assigned to us initially was down a flight of stairs with no elevator. THe Air Conditioner did not work. As a result we had to move rooms. Overall we were happy with the stay besides a couple of set-backs."
