"Staying up in the mountains, you have to accept that you will have insect visitors come in your room. The host gave us a spray to help the insects leave. The host kept our room clean and gave fresh towels. They helped us build our itinerary. I had to have some milk and food for my young kids and they let me use their fridge. Dog was friendly."

"The unit was very clean and had mountain view. The main streets were just a 3 minutes drive down. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly when needed. Easily accessible to all the attractions. Thank you hotel ."

Even spacious room, but no TV, no fan (so stuffy), toilet inside the room with no toiletries, bathroom (hot shower) is outside of the room at the veranda (no privacy) with very little all in one shampoo. "I love how the place has some spot for viewing the Kinabalu mountain. The place is quiet and the room is great. "

"You can see Mt Kinabalu right infront of the property, so clear and wonderful sight."

"The room is very clean and as advertised. Had a great night sleep here."

"The hotel is within walking distance of DMK but a little quirky. There are dining options nearby."

"The view is superb. Very direct magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu. But the aceess into the resort (2km) is not proper tar road. The room is basic with all the necessary amenities and clean. Comfortable stay. The staff is friendly & helpful. They are very oblige to all your needs /request. Thank you."
