"Absolutely unacceptable – avoid this place at all costs This stay was a complete disaster and honestly felt like a scam. We arrived at the property around 2 PM only to be told there was no electricity and that power might come back by 5 PM. There was no power backup, no contingency plan, nothing. "This hotel is exceptionally maintained and very clean. The front desk is incredibly cooperative and always ready to help. I also want to appreciate the kitchen staff for their excellent service, as well as the laundry and other services available. The hotel was spot on, with spacious rooms and a great location close to the market. The overall views from the property are beautiful."
