"Room was not clean, and not maintained, bathroom had cigarette butts when we checked in, cleaner was cleaning room with same cleaning cloth as bathroom. In terms of servicing don’t expect anything. Room didn’t had geyser."

"1) Upon arrival 3 rooms were not confirmed. 2) After confirmation, reception guy said there is no kitchen in any room (website says with kitchen also i requested for kitchen for at least one room out of 3 as my parents cook their own food.
3) no AC in one of the room as says AC rooms.
4) only 3 towels provided between 8 people.
5) rooms were not clean.
6) found ash trays and some smoke smells in non smoking rooms."
