"I want to be as upfront as possible. DO NOT book this hotel especially if you prepay. It does not match the description. You think you’re staying in a nice chalet next to the lake. However, where you’re really staying is on the backside of the restaurant across the street. The halls look like a dungeon ..."

"Stayed three nights on vacation. Ideal location, close to trains, boats, old town, etc. All very walkable. Safe area and lots of shopping for the wife...LOL. Property clean and upscale, staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again."

"First class hotel with excellent facilities. Good location close to a tram stop. Wonderful selection at breakfast. Thoughtful little things like free ice lollies during the heat wave which coincided with our stay. The staff were particularly helpful."
