Overall is ok but the hot water i think not function and the old towel please dont use it anymore its terible Tq This is the 3rd time im stay here first n second is better i stay 5days.. but for the 3rd i just stay 2 days and go to other place

Check out charges

Just a few minutes late we checked out they suddenly deducted rm10 from deposit for the charges. The staff said the system automatically deducted and make a charge for the late checkout. But they dint inform us earlier and I've never seen the agreement about the charges or any proved for the charges.
