Booking done 3 months before arrival date
arrived at the hotel, hotel already closed/shut down for a couple months according to nearby shop
Should give us an early notice, luckily we are able to get another hotel during this school holiday
Terrible customer service
Hotel has a small cafe in front of the main entrance selling local food, cakes etc. Nice to gather my group of friends there.
Hotel allowed us to park our cars in their premise ( with security guard ) when we went to island for two nights free of charge.
Unfortunately, the lift was not working when we checked in. So we are not able to stay at higher floor, which should have better view.
Overall OK. Except that when I check in, the process are a bit slow. The reception can't find my booking at first. That's the slowest check in process I ever had.
I was terrible..i need to climb until 4th floor to my room cause the elevator breakdown and hotel management could not give any initiative to help me to bring my dad with strock to the room. I’m very sad when check-out i found service elevator can be use but they said only for staff. This could not be happen because your customer is your achievement if client not happy means your archievement is low!
No own pool. Got to go to the sport complex,next to the hotel.The receptionist is not friendly.Book a double bed room but got twin bed, saying that no double bed room available at that time.
Hotel look good from outside but totally different when enter the hotel. Very old carpet. Room smells very bad. Air cond not cool. Water heater not function. they should put themselves as a customer. very bad. wont come back.

Beautiful Lagoon hotel
The hotel is quite old.The furniture need refurbishment.The toilet is slippery .The location and the natural environment is fantastic
