Good facilities but poor management

Lobby is empty when check-in. Wait about 15 minutes for service. Room is clean and comfortable. Room card can open room door but not car park. Ground floor car park is manage by other company. Need to paid car parking fee when I arrived. After check out the room I got charged parking fee again.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel Just my opinion if hotel provide few basics utensils (new set ) in each booking it will be more convenient for guest. .no need to buy. Provide extension plug..so faar no plug vlose to computer table. In rooms shod provide phone to contact front desk any time. In front desk can recruite more staff for more efficient services. Food and transportation no problem. .all are easily accessible.

Gas hob no gas, cannot cook. Want single bed, they provide twin bed due to finish single bed room, but hotel staffs keep quiet w/o inform us. TV channel no signal, can see snow only.
