Apartment was good and conveniently located near Suria KLCC. However apartment was not available first night due to maintainence issue. Had to move into another apartment complex 2 blocks away. Wish I had been advised prior to arrival. Very inconvenient.

Not worth the stay

Room was dirty, old and run down. Air conditioning did not work well. There was no daily maid service, and pool towels were not provided. It was a good location, near the Patronas towers. The pool area was nice. But the hallways smelled really bad. It was cheap, but not with the money in my opinion. Spend more for a nicer place.

Very spacious room within walking distance to the Patronas Towers and shopping malls. When it came to the over all stay, majority of the lights in the room didnt work, however host did offer to move me, few things were broken in the room which i was able to notify host of. Pool is cold even on hot sunny days and some facilities were under maintenance. Was a bit shocked with the check in process as hosts dont wear name badges and felt a bit uneasy, lifts take forever to get to the floor your on even though there are 6 of them. But the over all very accommodating even with late check out

I had a very bad experience on this property. Firstly, it took 20 mins to even check in, and was all very unprofessional. They also did not have any adaptors, so I had to go and buy one from a 7/11. Worst of all, the shower had no hot water.

Sorry guys, but that was not a good service at all

Not really a good experience - i expect for every booking a reception for check-in. But here, once recognized the need to call the contact, the English is bad to understand, then was sent to another building and back until a third call someone showed up (looking not really serious). Anyway i got the key and the rest is just so lala. Never will do it again.

素敵な滞在でした。11日間というら長い滞在だったので洗濯物も助かりましたし、何よりツインタワーが綺麗に見える部屋でしたので部屋で過ごしていてもゆっくりツインタワーのイルミネーションを見ることもできました。買い物も不便もなく、また泊まりたいと思えるお部屋でした。
