disappointing and discomfort service

It’s was totally disappointing, first, my booking was at Pudu Sentral eventually they change the Hotel booking to another branch and informed lately where’s I was reached at the lobby (my first frustration), that was quit hustle and unprofessional. Secondly, The hotel should inform the customer on time of check in , that’s the area is facing water problem. Perhaps, the water was stopped at night and they didn’t inform us about the water interruption Earlier and all the while I need to keep on calls the receptionist and asking for the update the most displeasure moment. The receptionist at-least can call and let’s us know what’s going on apparently NOT, I need to go all the way to the receptionist and find out the water interruption, the Disgusting part was they can’t even provide tissues. What kind of service do they have? It’s full of uneasiness and discomfort.

The good thing about the hotel was the really cheap price. It makes it possible for solo travellers who dont have that much money to have a nicer place than a hostel and a own room for a while. But to be really honest the stuff wasnt friendly at the reception and it seems like they dont really care about their customers. Its missing in the small things The room wasnt reallt clean, I didnt got a room like it was looking on the picture for the room i've booked and there was no wifi working in the room. The room itself was without love and you really get just the most nessesary things like a bit of soap and two towels and toilet paper. The rooms could be a little bit more lovely with some plants and pictures on the wall. The rooms were looking poor

Really bad hotel. Dirty and management doesnt care

Room is not taken care of, dirty--stains, dirt, marks, hair etc. The water dispenser outside the room has cockroaches roaming in it. Management doesnt care about hygiene and standards. Can clearly see from the condition of the rooms. They have kettles in all rooms but useless because you can't boil water in them. one front desk staff said many people have complained about the water kettle. so why didnt the management take action? I reserved for 1 night but I left after only a few hours because I cant stand the place.

Unpleasant stay in KL

I stayed at Hotel Sentral Pudu over the weekend, March 29th - March 31st. I would not recommend this place. For the price I guess it’s not as bad as I’m about to make it out to be, but I’m sure there’s similar pricing in hotels around the area with better everything. So let’s get into this review. The staff was so rude. Whomever the woman who was working at 3am on Saturday morning. Extremely rude. I left the hotel around midnight to get something to eat and prior to that I saw that the guy who was working then was buzzing people in and out. Opening the automatic door by some button. And I saw him do this multiple times. So when I come back at 3am. I expect the same to happen to me. She was behind the desk and was pointing to come in another door. And then I was trying to push it open and I wouldn’t open and the lightening wasn’t the best keep in mind. And I didn’t see I was pushing the wrong side of the door. And then when I finally got in. This woman gave me this look as if I extremely offended her and inconvenienced her trying to get in. I’m like chill out. The design of the door and the lighting was complete opposite of what I’m used to seeing. Even in other Asian countries. Also the WiFi only works in the lobby and in the hallway near the elevators. Doesn’t work in the room. Also the fridge doesn’t work. You don’t have access to how cold you want the air conditioning to be in your room. An unpleasant stay. Wish I had more characters left to talk about pros. :/

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

A huge disappointment. The room I got looked like in the photos, but when it was first renovated probably more than a decade ago. Everything in the room sort of half worked, the air conditioning put out was cool air but was never able to really make the room cool. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were pathetic. The corridors were in an even worse state than the room. The value for the money definitely wasn't very good, and I cannot recommend this hotel. On a positive note, the staff during check-in were very nice and helpful.
