Yet very budget, but receptionist allows me to early check in, good A/C, ok bathroom, safe, and in city centre, only need some cleaning more , i mean more
Nothing came out to be good from this stay. If it was possible , I would have given this place a negative marking.
The washroom was dirty and it stank. The water got clogged inside the washroom after taking a shower. It didnt end there, the basin inside the room also got clogged in the first use and we complained to the service provider but no help was provided.
The staff were rude and told us to look for other hotels if we had any complain. But unfortunately our three days stay was fully funded before we arrived. They wouldn’t refund us.
Nor did expedia help us in this matter as we wanted to change hotels after out first night stay.
Not just the washroom but the hotel bed, hair dryer and mirror was dirty af. I was disgusted to even touch the hair dryer. We stayed their for three nights without our will and requested for room service and cleaning but they said it was not applicable in the hotel. They had a rule of cleaning room after the third night stay.
Overall the experience was worst ever till now.
