"Luxurious" stay

The staff were friendly and assisted my check in smoothly. They were patient to answer my enquiries on food locations. The room is spacious, quite well kept and clean. The layout of the area makes the area lots big and not cramp. The toilet area is big too.

Comfortable after upgrade to Premier Deluxe

On arrival, the shower tiles and floor of the shower had mould, but we were too tired to complain until we settled in. The next morning we had the duty manager "Rain" come in to have a look and take photos. We were shown a premier room, but it was too small. We were given a complimentary breakfast. There was a good spread to choose from. Lter that afternoon after we came back, we were given a corner room which was bigger and we were happy with that.

The hotel wifi is terrible. You cannot make a video call without getting disconnected, regardless of time of day. Furthermore, Housekeeping refused to give more than 2 towels per room, when the room was occupied by 2 people. When requesting anything from Housekeeping, it took multiple calls to follow up on the request (on average 3) and a wait time of 45 minutes. Limited food options at the hotel and surrounding area. For a better selection, you would need to walk 20 minutes. The front desk staff were very kind.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Armada. The room was very spacious and clean. TV had a decent variety of channels. No toothbrush was provised. This wasn't really a problem, but if I'd known this, I would have brought on with me.
