We had to change to 3 rooms cuz the key card wasnt working. Then the water in the shower area takes forever to drain. Overall a terrible experience. Will never come again

When I check in, they assigned the wrong room type for me. I booked a king bed but a twin bed was given. The phone in room did not work and I had to walk down to the Front Office to ask for my room type, however they informed they are fully booked and not able to provide me with the room type. They were not apologetic at all.

price reasonable . room size are big clean
the room are spacious and wonderful helping staff . The breakfast buffet are very good serve and price are very reasonable . When i book the room the price are very reasonable and the location of the hotel are very strategic .
